  Seriously they have the best vegetarian/vegan sandwiches. The workers are all awesome and you can tell they work really hard and enjoy their work environment (good management will make an amazing team) plus the music is always fun! Would love to see a sauerkraut vegan sandwich added but still this place is awesome  thanks for feeding me when I'm hungry guys and gals

  I love the T cloud! I'm from Austin, grew up eating  T cloud. I was never so happy as when I found this place in SA. And it is good, to.
  
  Ok, I had to update because I just had the most absolutely worse experience ever in a thundercloud and I have literally been eating there almost my whole life. Be careful who serves you. I will be saying no if that one is to be my choice. I had to remove two stars for that one. And very passive aggressive, too. Ick!

  Went in for a sandwich. I asked for a cup for water. The guy said, in that case it's $x, which is more than for just the sandwich. I said, "oh you guys charge for the cup?" I said it in a friendly tone, just an aside. The guy said, "yeah the cup costs money," very rudely. I was taken aback by his tone so I just didn't respond. He continued to very rudely say, "wow you really don't like this place huh?" I didn't know what to say so I just kind of stood there, confused that he was getting hostile. He said, anywhere you go they charge for water. Not true but they can if they want. He continued and said "well just don't come back here then!" and then, as he walked away,  he said, loudly, "why don't you just get the fuck out?"

  I was so looking forward to visiting this sub place at a friend's suggestion. Unfortunately, the start of my experience was not good. The counter employee was a Low-Talker. I could barely hear him. And because of me repeatedly saying "What?" and "Could you repeat that?", I'm sure it threw him off his game because he FORGOT to put the Egg Salad on my Sub. Luckily, I was eating my sub there. To redeem himself, he added Bacon when I asked him for it due to his error. My other bad experience was the Bread itself. It was a bit hard and stale. I'm going to assume it's because I got there at 6:30 pm. The place closes at 8pm. So I can see the logic in me not being served fresh bread.

  Nice friendly staff. Got an American sub and a smoothie to go, made it fresh and quick, and had me back out the door in a matter of minutes. Fresh soft bread and fresh ingredients I'm sitting in my hotel room enjoying it right now. Good stuff.
